Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is applicable only to selected products. The exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Detailed exchange eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages.

2. Exchange Conditions

• Products must be unused and in their original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.

3. Exchange Charges

Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

4. Exchange Pickup

If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address for the exchange process.

5. Exchange Limit

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

6. No Return Policy

Returns are not accepted. Only exchanges are available as per the above policy.
